Build With Us
Structured research partnerships that produce published benchmarks, reference architectures, and validated capabilities.
Research Partnership Model
ResilientMind AI structures research in tranches — focused validation campaigns targeting a specific domain, hardware platform, or capability. Each tranche accepts partners at three investment tiers, plus smaller contributor positions for organizations that want exposure without governance input.
Research Seat Tiers
Research Seat
Access + deliverables. No governance input.
- Full AriaOS platform access for research and validation
- Co-authorship credit on published research
- Published benchmark data and reference architectures
- Quarterly research briefings and interim reports
- Early access to validation data before public release
No input on research direction. No co-owned IP. Seats allocated first-come until tranche capacity reached.
Research Partner
Everything in Tier 1, plus governance participation.
- All Tier 1 deliverables
- Input on research priorities within the tranche scope
- Scenario design participation — define test conditions
- Named credit in all benchmark publications and presentations
- Joint presentation rights at conferences and briefings
No co-owned IP. Limited to 4 partners per tranche to maintain meaningful governance participation.
Anchor Partner (Limited)
Full partnership. Maximum leverage. Maximum ownership.
⚠ First-come positioning. Once anchor seats fill, positioning is locked for 12-18 months.
- All Tier 1 and Tier 2 deliverables
- Research direction authority — shape the tranche roadmap
- Priority access to all validation data and draft publications
- Reference architecture deliverable tailored to their domain
- Exclusive quarterly strategy session with principal architect
- First right of refusal on follow-on tranche seats
- Co-owned IP on novel validation methodologies (Anchor only)
Smaller contributor positions available below $65,000. Access to published outputs and research briefings only. No platform access, no governance input, no co-authorship, no IP. Acknowledgment in publications. Structured case-by-case.
Research Tranches
Tranche 1 — Edge Sovereignty Validation
Focus: AriaOS performance on edge hardware under DDIL conditions.
Hardware targets: AMD EPYC, AMD Threadripper PRO, NVIDIA Jetson, Apple Silicon.
Outputs: First published DDIL benchmark framework on each platform.
Seats available at all tiers.
Tranche 2 — Federated Learning Under Sovereign Constraints
Focus: Model update convergence, privacy bounds, knowledge transfer across distributed nodes.
Outputs: Convergence guarantees, privacy analysis, federation protocol spec.
Tranche 3 — Safety-Critical Governance Validation
Focus: Pre-inference compliance in healthcare, energy, defense-adjacent environments.
Outputs: Governance framework validation, audit trail integrity testing, regulatory alignment.
What You're Buying
You are not buying software licenses. You are buying a position in research that produces:
- Published validation data that does not exist yet — No one has published DDIL benchmarks on AMD EPYC or Threadripper. No one has published sovereign AI federation convergence proofs. Anchor partners co-own the IP. All tiers get the published data.
- Positioning in an emerging infrastructure category — Sovereign autonomous AI is pre-market. Research partners define the benchmarks, frameworks, and reference architectures that become procurement standards.
- Access to defense and federal procurement pathways — Published research with SDVOSB co-authorship creates SBIR/STTR, OTA, and CRADA alignment for follow-on federal engagement.
- IP with commercial value (Anchor Tier only) — Co-owned intellectual property on novel approaches to sovereign AI governance, federated learning, and deterministic recovery.
This is not a donation. It is not a sponsorship. It is a structured research investment with defined deliverables and commercial positioning.
Who Should Take a Seat
Hardware OEMs
Tier 2 or Anchor recommended
Published benchmark data on your platforms for defense and edge AI markets.
Defense Primes and Integrators
Any tier
Validated edge AI capabilities for program proposals.
Research Institutions and Labs
Tier 1 or Tier 2
Novel publication opportunities, CRADA-compatible.
Sovereign Governments and Funds
Anchor recommended
Validated technology for national AI infrastructure.
Venture and Strategic Capital
Anchor recommended
Infrastructure-layer AI investment with defense pull-through.
All Partnership Types
Capital-Backed Research
Three tiers plus contributor positions. Research Seat ($65K), Research Partner ($85K), Anchor Partner ($150K). Contributor positions available below $65K on a case-by-case basis.
Hardware-in-Kind
No capital required. Partner provides hardware for validation. Hardware value can offset capital costs for research seat tiers. Receives published benchmarks, reference architecture, and content distribution to a 300K+ defense audience.
Joint Validation
Capital and hardware combined. Combined engineering resources for mutual validation objectives with shared deliverables and co-authored publications.
Hardware Validation Program
Process
- Intake — Hardware specification review and compatibility assessment
- Deployment — AriaOS installation and configuration on target platform
- Stress Testing — Full DDIL stress validation protocol execution
- Published Report — Benchmarks, analysis, and reference architecture publication
- Hardware Return — Hardware returned to partner after validation cycle
What Partners Receive
- First published DDIL benchmark data for their platform
- Reference architecture for defense and edge deployments
- Defense audience content distribution (300K+ reach)
